I help people bring more energy, strength and well-being into their lives through targeted exercise and a diet that fits into their daily routine. It’s not about perfection or competitive sport. It’s about feeling comfortable in your own body again, enjoying physical activity and developing sustainable, healthy habits.
Exercise has been a part of my life since childhood.
After many years of competitive sport, academic study and professional work, I have experienced first-hand how easily exercise can fall by the wayside in everyday life, and the impact this has on energy levels, health and mental balance.
In 2020, this realisation hit me particularly hard on a personal level. Through experiencing burnout, I learnt just how crucial regular exercise in the fresh air is for physical and mental wellbeing.
This experience has permanently changed my outlook on health.
Today I know:
Health is not achieved through isolated measures, but through a lifestyle that is realistic, achievable and sustainable.
My work is based on a combination of academic training, sporting experience and practical work in the health and fitness sector:
Master of Science in Medical Science (University of Calgary)
PhD in Biomedical Engineering (Eindhoven University of Technology)
Nutrition Coach (Prävensana)
Nutrition Trainer and StreetFit Instructor (Star Education, Zurich)
Head of Adult Sports (ESA)
Fitness Group Leader (Pro Senectute)
I also bring experience from:
Competitive sport (speed skating)
Outdoor training & group training
Many years of experience in the health and exercise sector

I now live with my family in the canton of Zug and work with people who want to actively improve their health, without any pressure, but with a clear structure and practical solutions for everyday life.
My focus is on:
outdoor fitness
functional movement
sustainable nutritional guidance
holistic health promotion
I work with people who:
want more energy in their daily lives
want to feel fitter and stronger again
want to make lasting improvements to their diet
are looking for a healthy balance between work and family life
My approach combines:
exercise in daily life and outdoors
functional training
a practical, balanced diet without extremes
personalised, realistic plans

You want to feel more energetic again, enjoy being active and incorporate healthy habits into your daily life, without extreme workouts or complicated diet plans.
Then I’d be happy to support you on your journey.
