StreetFit offers an engaging outdoor workout experience that consistently remains fresh and exciting. It incorporates a mix of cardiovascular activities like jogging and sprinting, along with strength training for various body parts including arms, legs, glutes, and core. Each week, participants become fitter and stronger. The program utilizes the surroundings effectively, employing walls, benches, playgrounds, and more. Exercises are customizable to fit each participant's fitness level, and alternatives are provided for those with injuries.

Do you enjoy training in a group but can't always commit to a fixed location or day of the week? With my FLEX model, you have complete freedom: you can train with any of the existing groups depending on your mood and availability. All I need is a short-term registration so that I know who is participating. This way, you remain flexible – and still don't miss a single training session.
The training lasts 45 or 60 minutes. Our meeting point is also the starting point. The warm-up lasts approx. 5 - 10 minutes. We complete a strength and endurance training programme in 1 to 4 blocks with a total duration of approx. 35 - 45 minutes, using body weight as resistance. The cool-down and stretching phase lasts approx. 5 - 7 minutes. During the cool-down and stretching phase, we return to our original meeting point.
Do you prefer to train with personal support and work irregular hours? Then 1:1 training is just right for you. I'll put together a programme for you and motivate you! We meet where and when it suits you. The training can also be booked as 1:2 training. The 2nd person receives a 20% discount.
