StreetFit is a varied outdoor workout. It combines cardio elements such as jogging and sprinting with strength exercises for the arms, legs, buttocks and core area. In this way, we continuously improve our fitness and strength. The environment is used creatively: Walls, benches, playgrounds and more. The exercises are customisable to the individual fitness of the participants and there are alternative options for injuries.
Did you know? Employer-sponsored fitness is beneficial for both employees and the company. Especially in winter, we are not exposed to much daylight. That's why exercising in daylight during working hours or lunch breaks is beneficial.
It lifts the mood, increases productivity and contributes to team building. It also increases fitness and strengthens the immune system.

The training will take 60 minutes.
The meeting point is our starting point.
The warm-up lasts about 10 minutes.
Strength and endurance training in 1 to 4 blocks, totalling about 45 minutes, interspersed with light jogging.
The run-out and stretching takes about 5 minutes.
After cooling down and stretching, we return to the starting point
